Founded in 2006, ours is a unique law firm. At Bourgette Law, P.L.L.C., in Seattle and Redmond, we have chosen areas of practice that we are truly passionate about. We have chosen to become advocates for the rights of working- and middle-class families in Washington. Every day, we come to work motivated and ready to remedy the rights violations and injustices suffered by our clients. Every day, we get results that are truly worth celebrating.
In Gray v. Bourgette Construction, LLC, one example of our many successful cases, we prevailed in the Washington State Court of Appeals. Not only was this a success for us and our client, but it created law and established additional protections for small-business contractors seeking repayment for their services.
Promoting and Defending Your Rights
Our practice areas promote civil rights and the educational rights of children, including those with special needs. We are proud to spend our days helping families with special needs children obtain high-quality educations, defending consumers against foreclosures and protecting civil rights.
We advocate with compassion. The stress you are feeling now may seem overwhelming, but it will go away. We will see to that. We certainly will not compound it by making it difficult for you to communicate with your lawyer. You will find that we are always accessible, willing to answer questions and intent on keeping you involved in the process.
Part of the Community
Ultimately, we believe that the work we do betters the community and society as a whole. However, our commitment to the community does not end in the courtroom. Founder Bridget Bourgette has helped to create community gardens and has been profiled on Fox News for her participation in the Seattle Run for Congo Women benefiting women in the Congo, among other charitable and community endeavors.
